REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT: Removing existing surface, stabilizing base/sub-grade, and resurfacing as above.
NEW CONSTRUCTION: From plans or owner 'specs'... preparing sub-grade, installing appropriate limestone base and/or asphalt base, and installing surface course.
